“I asked Graham Long of Negotia Group to undertake a business valuation for me to ascertain the value of my business. The Report was to have two purposes;

To indicate the market value of the business for shareholders; and

To form the basis of planning the future direction and strategies for the business.

The Report was a complete assessment of the physical nature of the business, its financial information and the present state of the Small to Medium Enterprise market. It fulfilled both its purposes from my point of view.
